A program based on Competitive Learning to develop the Knowledge
Management Skills and the Neural Branching Thinking Skills of high school
students in logic subject

The research problem was identified as follows: "There is a weakness in
Knowledge Management Skills and Neural Branching Thinking Skills of high
school students;
To address the research problem, the researcher attempted to answer the following
research questions:
(1) What are Knowledge Management Skills should be developed by students in the
second grade secondary through logic?
(2) What are the Neural Branching Thinking Skills should be developed by students in
the second grade secondary through logic?
(3) What is the proposed vision of a program based on the competitive learning
approach of in the teaching of logic to develop Knowledge Management and Neural
Branching Thinking Skills of second grade students?
(4) What is the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the competitive
learning in the development of Knowledge Management Skills of students in the
second grade secondary in logic?
(5) What is the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the competitive
learning in the development of the Neural Branching Thinking Skills of students in the
second grade secondary in logic?
The research aimed to achieve the following main objective:
- Development the Knowledge Management and Neural Branching Thinking Skills of
high school students through the teaching of logic.
Research steps and procedures:
1. Identify the list of Knowledge Management Skills to be developed by students in the
second grade secondary
2- Identify the list of the Neural Branching Thinking Skills to be developed by students
in the second grade secondary.
3 - Preparation of the proposed vision of the program based on the competitive
learning approach.
4- Preparing the teacher's guide to implement the proposed program based on the
competitive learning approach.
5. Teaching the proposed program:

• Prepare the test of Knowledge Management Skills , prepare the test of Neural
Branching Thinking Skills.
• Choose the basic research sample from the second grade secondary students, and
divide them into two groups; one is experimental and the other is an officer.
• Perform tribal application to Knowledge Management Skills test, and Neural
Branching Thinking Skills test on the research sample.
• Implementation of the basic research experience, teaching the proposed program of
the experimental group, while the control group examines the contents of the School
Book in the traditional way.
• Perform remote application to Knowledge Management Skills test, and Neural
Branching Thinking Skills test on the research sample.
• The statistical processing of research data and discussion and interpretation in the
light of his questions and mandates.
• Provide recommendations and research proposals in the light of the results of the
research.
The results of this research showed the effectiveness of the proposed program
based on competitive learning (independent variable) in the development of Knowledge
Management and Neural Branching Thinking Skills (variable dependent) of secondary
students
