برنامج مقترح للدبلوم التربوي بکليات التربية جامعة الملک خالد في ضوء التجارب العالمية ومتطلبات سوق العمل الوطنية

يعتبر التعليم بصفة عامة هو الأداة الفعالة لتنمية القوى البشرية واستثمارها، لذا فمن الضروري أن يسد احتياجاتهم المتنوعة، وأن يواکب اتجاهات العصر، والبيئة الاجتماعية، ويلبي متطلبات تحقيق الخطط التنموية، وتأتي أهمية الرقي والتطوير المستمر في مخرجات التعليم العالي التي تعتبر مدخلات وظيفية لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل في مجال التعليم والإعداد التربوي المواکب للتطورات المتسارعة فيما يخص الإعداد التربوي لأعداد کبيرة من خريجي جامعة الملک خالد، أو إعادة التأهيل التربوي للملتحقين بالفعل بسوق العمل.
مشکلة البحث: تمثلت مشکلة البحث في محاولة تقديم برنامج للدبلوم التربوي بکليات التربية جامعة الملک خالد في ضوء التجارب العالمية ومتطلبات سوق العمل الوطنية.
أهداف البحث: يستهدف البحث تقديم برنامج مقترح الدبلوم التربوي لتلبية متطلبات سوق العمل الوطنية في ضوء برامج التحول الوطني لتحقيق رؤية المملکة 2030، بالاستفادة من التجارب العالمية الرائدة.
أهمية البحث: ترجع أهمية البحث إلى تلبية الحاجات الملحة للأعداد المتزايدة من خريجي الکليات المختلفة بجامعة الملک خالد الراغبة في استکمال التعليم العالي والحصول على الدبلوم التربوي.
منهجية البحث: يستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي في رصد وتحليل التجارب العالمية، وکذلک في تقديم البرنامج المقترح للدبلوم التربوي بکليات التربية جامعة الملک خالد.
نتائج البحث: أسفر البحث عن أهم النتائج التالية:
-       وجود تشابه کبير بين برامج الدبلوم التربوي بالجامعات السعودية، وعدم وجود فروق نوعية في مضمون تلک البرامج.

Research objectives: targeting research model to provide a proposal for a program of educational diplomas to meet the requirements of the labor market in the light of the national transformation programs to achieve the vision of the Kingdom in 2030, taking advantage of the world's leading testing.
The importance of research: The importance of research to meet the urgent needs of the growing numbers of graduates from various colleges King Khalid wishing to complete higher education and access to education diploma at the University.
Research Methodology:Search uses descriptive and analytical approach to the monitoring and analysis of international experiences, as well as in providing visualization of the proposed program Educational Diploma faculties of education at King Khalid University.
Search results: The search revealed the following main results:
- There is a great similarity between the programs of educational diploma in Saudi universities, and the absence of qualitative differences in the content of those programs.
- There is still a need for advanced programs in the educational diploma to keep abreast of developments and social and economic developments, and programs of national transformation in light of the leading global experiences in higher education.
- The proposed program of the educational diploma in this research is characterized by qualitative characteristics, the most important of which is the accurate description of all components and components of the program in procedural form. The program also includes qualitative additions in courses not available in existing programs in Saudi universities. And continuous development to ensure the efficiency and quality of the program continuously.
